Mike Lentz is a nature photographer based in Lakeville, MN. The visual artistry of his photographs are born from a sharp eye for the many moods in nature and passion for wilderness. Mike began his photographic journey back in High School in the late 80’s and in 2005 began to combine his love for the camera and the outdoors into a body of work that details his love of the two combined.
Mike’s photographs have been published worldwide in a variety of media ranging from Calendars, puzzles, book’s, advertising and the publications of: Cornell Lab or Ornathology - Living Bird Magazine, Minnesota Conservation Volunteer, National Wildlife Federation, Audubon, Minnesota Audubon, Duck’s Unlimited, US Fish & Wildlife services, Wood Duck Society, Minnesota Waterfowl Association, Minnesota Sporting Journal and numerous Calendar companies to name a few.
Mike specializes in nature photography instruction as well as offering courses in Photoshop and Lightroom techniques. He also offers fine art prints and canvases for homes and businesses as well as custom printing.
